Creative Choices™ was designed by Paulette Pommells. A 21st Century Lawyer herself, Paulette recognized a gap in career building skills among the legal profession and decided to do something about it. She knew she wanted to approach coaching from a fresh perspective.
While still working full-time as a civil litigator, Paulette used her vacation time to become a trained coach and mediator, and study conflict management and non-defensive communication. She even took improvisational acting classes at Second City! All these endeavours allowed her to design a unique coaching process, specifically with the 21st Century Lawyer in mind.
Creative Choices™ combines the best of legal strategy, conflict resolution and business design principles. A key component of the process is to elicit your values and put them to use.
Lawyer Coach Paulette has been featured on Canadian Lawyer magazine and is invited annually to present her job search techniques to law schools across Ontario.
